As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I provide individual, couples, and family therapy services for those dealing with such issues as depression, anxiety and relationship struggles.
Regardless of the circumstances that may have led you to seek counseling, it is my goal to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where all clients are comfortable enough to share their stories and/or concerns. I realize that every person is unique, so I tailor my therapeutic approach to fit your individual needs and personal style.
My natural curiosity about the human spirit, behavioral patterns, and my compassion towards others is what directed me to this career.
I work with people from all walks of life and with a variety of issues. I am comfortable working with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, intimacy issues, anger, OCD, hoarding behaviors, emotional regulation, and many other of life’s challenges. I also have many years of divorce support and recovery experience. If you are struggling with the dissolution of a relationship, I look forward to supporting you through what may be a difficult time.
As a professional, I strive to provide excellence in care and quality service to each of my clients. Most importantly, I am grateful to be given an opportunity to assist others during challenging times. Life is not always easy, and I would consider it an honor to walk beside you on your journey.
